Something not quite right?

Depending on the products you have purchased, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to inform our vendors that you want to return for a refund or exchange. Please see below for further information on returns and refunds.

Return your items for a refund or exchange.

1. Prepare Your Details

We will need your order number, if you have an account with us you can find this in My Account by clicking here, alternatively you can find your order number in your emails.

2. Get In Touch

To file for a refund or an exchange we require you to fill out our Cancellation Form by clicking here

3. Correspondence 

We will communicate with the vendor who you purchased from to issue a refund or exchange*

Returns Detail*

When returning any item to a vendor please keep all of the parts including any packaging that your purchases came in as this will help with a smooth cancellation. 

If your item has not been received faulty from vendor then you are held responsible for any diminished value of the product with exception to establishing the functionality of the product. If any product has been deemed to be purposely damaged by you as a customer then you may not be awarded a refund or exchange. 

Please note that you will be responsible to cover the cost of posting your purchase back to the vendor and The Vegan Outlet and the vendor who supplied your purchased will not be held responsible if your purchase is lost in return delivery. We advise that you return items via tracked delivery as this will cover the loss or damage of your item.

Gift vouchers are not currently refundable.

What You Can’t Return.

  • Personalised Items

    Items that cannot be sold to another customer.
  • Perishable Products

    Such as food, drink, flowers & organic matter.

  • Hygiene Sealed

    Personal Items sold with a hygiene seal (such as underwear) where the seal is broken.
